Sue Kemper, CPC

CEO

Sue is majority owner of W. H. Meanor & Associates. and is a Certified Woman Owned Business through WBENC. This is her second woman owned business over the years. She has worked in the banking industry, distribution sector and sales. She has worked as a branch manager, owner of a real estate company and as Operations Vice President for an extremely large local company assisting in developing and establishing a new division. She was responsible for pioneering a new approach to customer service for that organization and reported directly to the owner and President. She brings over 20 years of sales, sales management, administration, and general management experience and understands the needs of client companies and candidates.

Jim Kemper, Sr. CPC

President

Began his career in Human Resources in Greensboro, NC. Has been been involved in selection, training, safety environmental services,employment, industrial and labor relations, succession planning and business development. Kemper has had position responsibility for policy formation, introduction, development and enforcement. He received his B.S. degree from Roanoke College in Salem, VA and studied at Wake Forest University for his MBA. He is a member of The Society of Human Resource Management and a Director for the North Carolina State Council of SHRM.

James E. Kemper, Jr.

Business Development Manager

James began his career studying a year at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and graduated from the University of North Carolina Charlotte. James' expertise in business development for start up and major international companies has included working with various types of industries to include government trade practices and international trade. James comes with a wealth of knowledge in recruiting, hiring and operations management complimented by over 15 years experience in foreign markets.

Taylor Aycock

Recruiter

Taylor's background is in resort hospitality management and recruiting. As the AD of front office and guest services, he quickly became one of the resort's primary recruiters for seeking candidates with exemplary service skills as well as general resort recruiter. Taylor brings over 10 years resort and hospitality experience, recruiting, service training,Six Sigma training and project coordination. He received his B.S. from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.
